Resumen

en los últimos años la obesidad en niños y adultos ha aumentado. La mejor estrategia para el control de esta enfermedad es el manejo médico-nutricional donde la actividad física tiene un papel importante. Sin embargo, todavía existen controversias sobre su impacto en la pérdida y el control del peso corporal
