Abstract

In-hospital malnutrition continues to be a major problem today, reaching a prevalence of 50.2%, according to the Latin American Study of Malnutrition (ELAN). Since there are no reported figures in Peru, the present study aims to determine the prevalence of the risk of malnutrition and the status of nutritional support in adult patients hospitalized from January to march 2019.
