A desnutrição é uma condição frequente em pacientes hospitalizados, portanto, destaca-se a importância da triagem do risco nutricional na
admissão hospitalar e da realização de auditorias que avaliem os determinantes desses riscos. O NutritionDay (nDay) é um dia específico do ano em que as salas hospitalares de todo o mundo participam de uma auditoria transversal que avalia diferentes aspectos relacionados ao processo de cuidado nutricional. O objetivo deste estudo foi relatar a prevalência do risco de desnutrição em pacientes hospitalizados.
