Prevalência do risco de desnutrição e situação da terapia nutricional em pacientes adultos internados no Peru

Resumo

A desnutrição hospitalar continua sendo um grande problema hoje, atingindo uma prevalência de 50,2 %, segundo o Estudo Latino-Americano de Desnutrição (ELAN). Dado que no Peru não há dados registados, o presente estudo tem como objetivo determinar a prevalência do risco de desnutrição e a situação da terapia nutricional em pacientes adultos hospitalizados de janeiro a março de 2019.
