Abstract

Hospital malnutrition represents a global health problem. It is associated with increased complications, morbidity and mortality, days of hospital stay, and increased costs. nutritionDay
(nDay) is a project to fight against hospital
malnutrition. It is an audit carried out simultaneously in all participating countries
on a single day, using standard questionnaires that generate a national report.
